Race Activation
Our clients arrive at the track and everything is done for them. We give them the behind the scenes look into the sport of NASCAR with in depth tours and explanation of all the things that prepare the race teams to go racing. Food, beverage, lodging, and transportation are all provided, the only thing the guests need to worry about is having enough film or memory for their cameras. We'll let them do everything but drive the car and change the tires, but they will feel, hear and smell the excitement all day long!
Hospitality & Event Management
In a hospitality chalet or in a suite high above the track, all guests receive plenty to eat and drink, gifts to take home with them, driver appearances, and a tour of the pits and garage. The hospitality area is professionally decorated with the clients brand or driver banners, and run of show banners keep everyone informed of all the activities of the day. Then they get to experience the race from an insider's prospective with race communications piped through headsets. From the opening of the gates to the dropping of the checkered flag, it is a day you'll never forget.
Driver Appearances
Bringing a driver to your organization or business function can be very exciting but also a lot of planning and work to pull off. We take care of all the details to make your event a success. Planning it, getting the driver there, making it happen and getting him out of there! You get the credit, we do the work.
